About Ark Housing

Ark Housing Association is a non-profit making Housing Association providing a range of social housing and support services across Northern Ireland for those in need. Our principle activities include: • Developing new build social housing in response to identified need; • Providing housing management and tenancy support services; • Undertaking response, cyclical and planned maintenance works; • Assisting people to stay in their own homes through home adaptation services; • Providing temporary accommodation and support services to homeless families; • Partnering others in the delivery of specialist housing & support provision.
