ARK Management LTD. is a multi-faceted, complete project life cycle management company, that not only represents construction industry owners and developers, but also manages their complete construction programs including Property Due Diligence, Design, Municipal Approvals, Full Construction Management (acting as the owners general contractor), and Close Out. This is completed through an exclusive management system that provides a transparency to the owners and the construction team. ARK Management LTD is lead by Geoff Diffey who for more than 20 years has successfully managed and completed over 100 construction projects equaling 7 million sqft of commercial, industrial, office, and restaurant/retail, totaling $485 million in construction costs. With a mechanical engineering background, an in-depth understanding of construction processes and extensive relevant experience, Geoff has developed and maintained an outstanding reputation as a top-tier construction manager, consultant, and industry leader within the GTA construction market. With skillsets including time and process sequencing, specification, design development and site supervision, Geoff builds personal relationships based on trust, not only with owners, but also with his team, the contractors and trades, fellow consultants, and municipal staff. He builds peer-to-peer relationships with these critical stakeholders, creating a level of influence with the whole team which ultimately leads to success after success. That said, strong leadership is one of his assets along with hands-on, extensive knowledge, leaving little opportunity for the team to move off course.
