About Arkansas Copier Center
We are a family owned and operated business that was established in 1978. Our goal is to provide high quality products at competitive pricing, along with impeccable service. In May of 1980 our company incorporated and in October of 2004 we proudly accepted Copystar into our line of copier brands. The administrative staff at Arkansas Copier Center is highly qualified to meet the demands of the market with over 70 combined years of experience in the copier business. We employ factory-certified, trained service technicians that are competent in servicing all Digital, Color, & B&W equipment. Our service technicians are assigned various territories throughout the state with one to two technicians in Pine Bluff, Searcy, Lonoke, Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Forrest City, & Malvern. Our knowledgeable Sales Team is readily available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. We also have certified, trained technicians to rebuild used equipment for customers not in the market for new equipment. For the more sophisticated network equipment, we also have in-house certified network specialists who are fully trained on all software. At Arkansas Copier Center, Inc. we pride ourselves on service after the sale. Our motto here is “Whatever It Takes”. We will do “Whatever it Takes” to keep our customers satisfied. Keeping our customers satisfied will always be top priority with our staff, because our Customers are our business. We have many customers who have been doing business with us for over 15 years. For example, the State of Arkansas, Henderson State University, Bryant Schools, the ASU Beebe/Searcy/Heber Springs campuses, & the Cooperative Extension service.
