Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) is a generation and transmission cooperative headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. Founded in 1949, AECC is the wholesale power supplier for Arkansas' 17 electric distribution cooperatives. The member cooperatives serve homes, farms and businesses representing approximately 1 million ultimate consumers in Arkansas and surrounding states by providing them with reliable and affordable electricity in a responsible manner.
