Eugène OLRY a créé cette entreprise dans les années 1890. Jean OLRY a proposé à ses cadres de reprendre le flambeau dans le cadre d’une REC en deux phases 2000 et 2005 de la Société. En 2009 après presque 40 ans d’investissement chez OLRY BTP M. Armand GIAMBERINI décide de vendre sa participation et de permettre aux cadres de développer, bâtir, construire l’avenir de l’entreprise. Aussi bien M. OLRY que M.
