Arkki´s creative curriculum supports children and youth in developing the essential skills, competencies, and qualities necessary for today’s society. Arkki´s program represents Finland’s core values: education, equality, participation, creativity, and innovation. The Arkki curriculum is developed in Finland since 1993 and is officially acknowledged by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture. The curriculum integrates different STEAM subjects, Humanities, and Social Sciences using architecture and design projects as holistic real-world phenomena. The after-school program covers ages 4 to 18 years. The Arkki program has been widely recognized.
