The profile of our activity includes services of comprehensive design, project management and project management from the beginning to the end of its implementation in the field. As part of the design and preparation of project documentation, we carry out concepts and projects for the development of commercial areas, including multi-sector, development projects for housing estates, development projects and projects for the revitalization of public spaces, city parks, recreational areas, projects for the revalorisation of historic gardens and parks, reclamation projects for degraded areas, wastelands, post-industrial areas, tree stand projects including, among others inventory of greenery with a detailed description of its biological state, dendrochronological analyzes, various types of landscape and spatial analysis, etc. Documentations made by us have an individual composition and character, depending on the wishes and needs of the Investor. In addition, we carry out documentations requiring interdisciplinary studies, including: assessment of the impact of underground investments on vegetation (tunnels, intersections, drilling, etc.), assessment of the possibility of removing and replanting vegetation, assessment of the biological condition of vegetation, including historic tree stands, trees - nature monuments and so on. As part of the project's service, we carry out all kinds of consultations, analyzes and changes required by the Investor at the stage of planning the investment implementation, before the start of field work. Project service begins with its dedication and ends before the physical start of implementation works. As part of project management, we perform full-profile contracting, author / investor supervision, management of the execution process, site management of landscape architecture facilities.
