About Arlington Charities

Arlington Charities is a 501c(3) non-profit and is the largest food source in Arlington, Texas. Our mission is to lead and engage our community in the fight against hunger and poverty; serving residents within the Arlington I.S.D. boundaries. We provide supplemental groceries Monday-Thursday with a drive-through grocery distribution for our neighbors in need to receive free, fresh food that includes fruit, produce, bakery items, meats and deli, dairy, pantry staples, canned goods and more. We offer our senior clientele and those with mobility issues a grocery delivery program so they can receive nutritious foods without having to choose between getting prescriptions filled or eating a healthy meal. Our case managers touch base with those enrolled in the program twice monthly, not only to assess their needs but also to provide social interaction. Additionally, Arlington Charities provides a sack lunch to our unhoused neighbors twice each week. These individuals may also receive hygiene products, and clothing as needed.
