This superior ceramic shatter pattern provides controlled debris size post rupture and is key to our patented Armor Combo Rupture Disc Tool®, and patented field adjustable Armor Solo Flex Tool® and Armor Dual Flex Tool®. All of our ceramic disc tools are stored and transported in our Safe Trip Packaging®, as per IRP 15, Snubbing Industry Recommended Practices. We meet and exceed many of the IRP15 requirements including testing our pressure control subs as a BOP (Blow Out Preventer) with 15 min low/high pressure testing. Our QR codes on each tool package allows immediate access to tool MTRs, certification and test charts. Our equipment is engineered and industry certified. We implement the best technologies available to ensure high quality manufacturing and certification. At Armor Tools INTL, we hold our products and employees to the highest attainable standards of safety achievable.
