About Arold Construction

Arold Paving was founded by Gary Arold in 1973. After incorporating in 1983, the business began venturing into other areas of site work and by 2007 it was time to change the name of the business to Arold Construction to better represent its variety of services. By this time, the second generation (Valerie, Ryan and Brandon) had also become heavily involved. His daughter Val who is a CPA currently oversees business operations as the President and Treasurer. His son Ryan who has a Civil Engineering Degree oversees the Trenchless Division along with his brother Brandon who has just come into the office after spending time in the field. Most of our customers are government agencies (NYSDOT, OGS, & DEC) or municipalities that include various Counties, Towns, Villages, and Cities. Our work area includes NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA & VT. Today we have nearly 50 employees and we are proud to say that many of them have been employed long enough to witness Gary and Lisa’s children grow up. We are a family run business that considers our employees part of our family. We currently specialize in many different types of work in the construction industry such as installation of sewer and water lines, sidewalks and curbing, demolition, drainage improvements, sewer & water treatment plant construction and rehabilitation, bridge construction and asphalt paving. We have also recently branched off into a form of construction called trenchless technology where we perform trenchless pipe & manhole lining, as well as utility line cleaning & inspection. Here at Arold Construction, we strive to give the best possible products, results and solutions for each and every customer. Trenchless solutions have opened a new avenue making it possible to save our customers money by rehabilitation rather than replacement. Our employees are highly qualified and our equipment is state of the art.
