WHAT We primarily focus on Executive Search projects. We also carry out recruitment processes for middle management and specialist positions. WHO We are business practitioners. We have run large businesses both in Poland and abroad. This entailed responsibility for all links in the operational chain – from R&D, through production and distribution all the way to sales, marketing and finance. We have managed teams which numbered into the hundreds, we employed dozens of employees and we were in charge of growth within subordinate structures. Thus we understand the needs, problems and challenges of our clients perfectly well. We advise them and provide strategic support.
