About Arrospe Cooperative Corporation
We are a general boiler making / engineered custom metal fabrication company with more than 40 years of experience in the fabrication and installation of tanks, vessels, reactors, separators, columns, heat-exchangers, skid units and piping installations on site. We are specialized in stainless steels (From austenitic to duplex & superduplex), nickel alloys and recently certified for Titanium. We also work with carbon steels, but normally as "not wetted" parts of stainless steel equipments or in high added value / complex projects. We design and fabricate equipments according to EN or ASME standards, being certified with ASME VIII Div1 U Stamp and according to PED97/23CE. We also design & dimension tube and shell heat exchangers according to TEMA / HEI. We work for different sectors, such as paper and pulp industry, Chemical, Petrochemical, Bio-energies, Food industry. In summary any industrial sector which require the storing, processing and conduction of fluids in any of their phases (gas/liquid/solid). We have two differenced but complementary business lines: * Workshop equipment fabrication: any kind of apparatus according to client requirements * Installation and erection at site of equipment and piping. In both lines we can contribute with detail engineering, getting to the "Turn-key" project. We have a Technical Office with 5 engineers, one of them IWE (International Welding Engineer) specialized in welding unions. This give us the ability to offer to the client an integral service, subcontracting with usual suppliers/collaborators the additional operations required in the fabrication (machining, heat treatments, equilibrating, couplings, etc), in order to deliver the equipment totally finished. Certificates: ISO 9001 / ISO 3834-2 / EN 1090 / ASME VIII U Stamp + National Board / PED-2014/68/EU CE Pressure vessels & pipes.
