We are pleased to be able to present a wide selection of the finest Art Deco furniture, art work and collectibles. Our specialties are Belgian Ceramics, French Furniture, Art Deco Carpets, Bars and Cocktail Accessories, French Ironwork and Bronze Statues. Your "host," Owner Richard Fishman has earned the respect of Art Deco enthusiasts all over the world. Some of his prized pieces have been featured in museums and noted books on Art Deco Style. As long time members of the Art Deco Society of California, we are involved in historic preservation on many levels. We are proud to have been in business for 22 years, beginning with a retail shop (As Time Goes By) in downtown San Francisco and then opening a retail location on Lake Merritt in Oakland. For the past eight years we have been in our current spacious San Francisco gallery at 1632 Market Street in the Civic Center area and next to the famed Zuni Cafe. We have a wonderful 6500 square foot showroom and warehouse open by appointment in Oakland in which you may find a great depth of choices . While there may be one dining room suite, for example, in the San Francisco Store, there may be another five to choose from in the Oakland Showroom.
