About us. Art’emi is a Belgian luxury brand which combines fashion and jewelry. Created in 2003 by Artemi Vasilakis, a graduate of both the academy of Arts in Brussels and the famous gem institute HRD in Antwerp, she creates contemporary pieces that are instantly wearable and of which many can be uniquely personalised. The Brand: Simplicity, sobriety and elegant are the three words that guide the brand. Whilst being fashionable, the design remains timeless. Each piece is finished immaculately. Between fashion and timelessness, arte’emi jewels are a tribute to the modern, active woman. They are conceived to be worn as fashion accessories that one wears with their favourite outfit, just as one chooses a matching bag or the perfect pair of shoes. Inspiration is everywhere Artemi’s curiosity is insatiable and she finds inspiration in everything from art to architecture to nature and everything in between. Artemi conceives each piece herself, obsessed with quality but with a simple desire to create something simple, special and that can be worn every day. Belgian designer Creator of the brand, Artemi Vasilakis grew up around creative parents. They were a strong influence on her entrepreneurial spirit and her creative design appetite. After studying at the prestigious School of Arts in Brussels followed by an intensive course at the famous precious stone institute in Antwerp – the HRD – Artemi launched herself headlong into the world of jewelry and diamond design before deciding to go it alone, creating bespoke pieces, with her offices, atelier and showroom all under the same roof. Production remains in Belgium thus assuring quality control.
