About Art of Comedy
Art of Comedy facilitates the instruction of comedy to Women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC, and troubled youth, to help overcome trauma and bring diversity to the entertainment arts. We will partner with other organizations that serve this population. Currently serving Denver and surrounding area but plan to expand nationally. There will be scholarships for classes already going in the area and the recruitment of teachers where there are none. Major fundraising is done through grants, donations, regular monthly showcases, and annual comedy festivals.
