ART OF HOPE فن الأمل | Since our launch in 2016, ART OF HOPE has remained as the first American NGO committed to the mental and psychological well-being of some of the most in-need refugees and internally displaced individuals affected by war and conflict worldwide. With a unique focus on Art Therapy and various individual and group psychosocial programming and therapy, ART OF HOPE is one of the few nonprofits to strictly commit its efforts to healing the invisible wounds of war, trauma and displacement. At ART OF HOPE, we are committed to working in some of the most in-need and least-supported countries and communities in the world. We spend our time, resources and energy to study, understand and support areas and communities with the most amount of needs and least amount of support. From Syria, to Turkey, to Lebanon to Ukraine, At ART OF HOPE, our programming is based on the promise of partnering with local organizations and grassroots, and providing them with the right tools, strategies and resources that can help them best support the trauma-relief and mental health needs of local refugees and IDPs in their communities. In addition to supporting the day-to-day work of our local caregivers, we connect our teams with trained experts to develop culturally-appropriate Training of Trainer (TOT) courses, and effective trauma-relief modalities to ensure the use of the most effective and compassionate methods when helping the beneficiaries we serve. ART OF HOPE is a 501c3 tax-exempt US-registered nonprofit charitable organization with an EIN 81-2553473 registration code. We do not receive any government funding or grants. All donations are from private donors and family foundations, where 100% of it is spent on our psychosocial and trauma-relief programming in the field
