First and foremost, we are a construction company – builders if you like. Builders might sound a bit old fashioned, but its building and buildings that we’re interested in. We offer clients a full service in the ‘building’ spectrum from contracting to consultancy to management and design. Our aim is to serve the client, do a great job, and make what can often seem like a complex process seem easy. Whether it’s working with architects to deliver challenging and new work or with heritage buildings that need respect, understanding and a little TLC, or anything in-between – we deliver. We see building as a creative process. Taking an idea and turning it into reality that will last for generations. We think that’s both creative and responsible, and responsibility is something that we take seriously. We offer something fresh, in an industry that sometimes seems bogged down by process, process that prevents you seeing the wood for the trees. We pride ourselves in our practical approach, our pragmatism and our ability to get things done, quickly and cost effectively. We meticulously investigate better ways to do things. We test each element of scope for alternatives so as to provide value for money and ensure we specify products that perform. We come with a wealth of experience from some of the most creative names in property – Urban Splash, Artisan, Morgan Sindall where we delivered some of the most exciting and challenging projects with some of the world’s leading architects.
