About Artisan Culinary School
The ACS is a boutique culinary school located in the Spanish Costa Blanca. We focus on artisan European culinary culture. We offer short, one or two-week all-inclusive specialized courses. Our areas of expertise are: artisan cured meats and meat preserves, artisan cheese/dairy production, artisan fruit/vegetable conserves, artisan seafood preserves, artisan breadmaking, and artisan pastry and frozen dessert production. The ACS also offers one-week corporate retreats, specially devised for teams of up to 20 executives. Corporate retreats are all-inclusive, with separate meeting rooms that can accommodate your team for your work sessions. During your corporate retreat, we organize culinary team-building activities, Food&Wine lessons, and guided excursions. All office supplies and equipment are available. Our School also offers several guided Food&Wine tours in various regions of Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. We have availability for tours during the spring and autumn. We organize 9 to 14-day all-inclusive excursions for up to 24 people, that include cooking lessons, guided excursions to vineyards, cheese makers, markets, etc.
