About Arts Collective Nashville
We exist to create environments that awaken and empower the ideas held by artists and aspiring artists. We want the artist to know they are seen and that their life and artistry matters. We are a community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, dreamers, risk-takers, innovators, creators and mentors. We are storytellers, painters, sculptors, architects, poets, musicians, dancers, comedians and culinary explorers. We are a diverse collective. We embrace a ‘round table’ culture where the focus is shared experience and participation, more than observation and learning from ‘the expert’. We celebrate ‘the process’ of creating as much as we do the finished work, and the vulnerability and courage required for this journey. We create space for us to consider the relational aspect of our artistry - the role this work plays in us experiencing God as we serve those around us. This act of service may go beyond what we create with our artistic hands. It's our passion to see each person in our community living into their God designed life.
