About Arts & Education at the Hoyt

Regional arts center and museum located within the North Hill Historic District of New Castle, PA. Our mission "to expand and enrich the life of our community through participation in the arts” is carried out through a year-round schedule of exhibits, classes, workshops, events, school & after-school programs, concerts festivals and more from two adjoining 1917 mansions. Visiting hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 11 – 8 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 11 – 4 p.m.
