We provide high quality creative education and employment opportunities for young people in Thanet because we believe the arts are central to creating positive change in our community. Arts Education Exchange is a registered charity based in Margate, Kent. Our Mission is to provide high quality creative education and employment opportunities for young people in Thanet because we believe the arts are central to creating positive change in our communities. Our work is defined as 3 strands, which provide a continuum, through which young people can access high quality, alternative learning opportunities and support into meaningful jobs. The 3 Pillars of AEE: Arts & Engagement Which focuses on short interventions in a non-formal setting through community arts projects. Education & Training Connects young people to broader education opportunities through partnerships with colleges and schools. Exchange & Employment Including paid work based training at AEE and with partner businesses as well as transition support from education to employment.
