Artware is developing and licensing state of the art web user experience technologies to partners and clients based on its leading product, jBart. jBart Studio is a visual online tool for building web widgets. The resulting widgets are embeddable in any website, web application, or mobile web app. jBart is commercially deployed worldwide, serving a customer base which includes financial institutes, software, government, and telco. Recently, Artware released LetMeSee, a revolutionary mobile product for sales people to efficiently follow-up their prospects: A positive phone call or a face-to-face meeting with a prospect is a good start. To follow up, the rep calls at a random timing which is never the right time, and after two unsuccessful calls the prospect fades away. It will happen with a large amount of the prospects. The main issue is the lack of information about prospect's timing, intentions & interests. Using LetMeSee, the sales rep prepares a private customer room for each prospect, with the relevant information organized for the prospect, and sends links to the rooms via SMS & email. The prospects enter their rooms with mobile devices or desktop, as the rooms are fully monitored, the rep knows WHO to call first, WHEN to call, and what really interests the prospect.
