We at ARVRA Wellness want to make wellness simple, supportive and accessible to all. Teaching people how to reconnect their mind to their bodies through our unique fitness methods and mental health support systems. ARVRA Wellness provides an employer with an easy to use and highly effective, online wellbeing package for each of their employees. The ARVRA Method is an app that includes all key elements of wellness. It's a one-stop-shop including a library of workouts, stretching, and de-stress videos that can be used anywhere, anytime, any place. Live workouts are also available for a personal connection. Recipes, nutrition articles, meditation and 1-1 connections with therapists, hormone coaches and life coaches all available in a membership. We are big believers that wellness looks different on everyone and not one size fits all!
