Hi, I'm Alicia, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I help clients improve their digestive, hormonal, and blood sugar imbalances to optimize their health. Specializing in education on inflammation and detoxification, I help directly with symptoms such as food cravings, stubborn weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and gut issues. I wholeheartedly believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself and am passionate about guiding clients through that process. Together, we customize bio-individual, diet, supplement, and lifestyle plans that maximize energy and crush goals. Through actionable, achievable steps, clients go from battling aging to living their healthiest, most vibrant lives. I created Arwell to engage with design and wellness lovers around all things healthy and beautiful.
