We offer dance fitness, bootcamp, and cycling classes. Founder/owner Alexis Rose is a native New Yorker who is a professional dancer and fitness professional. ARX was created because Alexis wanted to bring her passion for dance & fitness in a positive, self-motivating experience. Her passion for dance began when she was young and copying backup dancers on TV in her basement. She worked as a professional backup dancer for 10 years dancing in many sold out concerts. The last 4 years Alexis has been following her true passion to help women find their passions by building strength, confidence and feeling empowered all through fitness classes. As a Lululemon Ambassador, former Soulcycle instructor, current Lifetime Fitness Instructor and now owner of her own fitness brand Alexis Rose is quickly becoming a well rounded sort after fitness influencer. ARX has been featured in Essence, Be Well Philly & Philadelphia Style Magazines.
