We believe that Artificial Intelligence is a game changer in improving the society through the usage of technology. Through the participation of our members, we want to maximize the potential of the Artificial Intelligence to improve the society at its major levels such as education, economy or social policies. Core objectives: - Promote Artificial Intelligence in Romania -in the educational area, in fundamental and applied scientific research, as well as its implementation in various social, cultural and economic fields; - Represent the authorized opinion of the Romanian specialists in the field of Artificial Intelligence – members of ASAIA, in relation to various governmental and non-governmental organizations in Romania and abroad; - Gather in its ranks as many Romanian specialists as possible from in the field of Artificial Intelligence; - Support the collaboration between the specialists in Artificial Intelligence on issues of education, research, innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence; Increase the visibility, in various environments and areas, of the community of Romanian specialists in the field of Artificial Intelligence. - Disseminate the correct information about Artificial Intelligence among the general public in Romania; - Promote Artificial Intelligence in the economic environment to increase its adoption in order to support economic competitiveness; - Create a framework for unrestricted manifestation of specialists in the field of Artificial Intelligence in terms of their outstanding results, attracting funds for research and innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence ; - Promote the ethical use of AI in society and the economy; Advocate against inappropriate, unethical use of AI; - Raise the awareness of the public on the various possibilities of inappropriate use of AI (misinformation, manipulation, economic damage, etc).
