About Ascend Baruch College

Ascend is the largest, non-profit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America. Established in 2005, Ascend has grown to serve professionals and corporations across various professions and across multiple industries. Ascend reaches 60,000 people with 40+ student chapters and 18 professional chapters located in both the United States and Canada around major business hubs and educational institutions. We offer robust professional development and career enhancement programs designed to cultivate Pan-Asian talent. Ascend Baruch is the first student chapter. The three pillars that make up the foundation of Ascend Baruch are bridge to corporations, industry insights, and professional development. Within our organization, we have five committees that allow students to explore their interests while learning about the backstage operations of Ascend. Our committees include Professional Events, Fundraising, Marketing, Technology, and Social Affairs. The Legacy Leadership Program (LLP) at Ascend Baruch is a 10-week mentorship program that offers career preparation workshops such as resume writing and mock interviews.
