About Ascend Beyond

Ascend Beyond exists where the barrier between formal and informal is broken. Working with recognizable silhouettes reworked in unexpected ways, we reflect the multiplicity of stimuli in which we live, creating (representing o painting) a Mediterranean aesthetic uniquely our own. In May 2021 two friends that have known each other for the past seventeen years decided that was finally time to try and realize a few ideas that were running across their bedroom from some time. What started as “let’s see what it comes out of it” rapidly became something more structured. Quickly a small community gathered around the project. Creatives from different backgrounds found themselves sharing opinions and building a visual language through clothing, graphics, illustrations, photography and film-making. Our project started out in a teenage bedroom, where we had the time to dream and fantasize about what future could look like. This is a testament to that. A pure willingness to maintain that word. Ascend Beyond explores the relationship between space and creativity. The project was born within the walls of a small bedroom. The living space becomes part of the idea itself, the room becomes a world where you can create and be.
