I started Ascend Life Coaching with the intention of turning my passion into my purpose -- this being people. Communication and relationships are the heartbeat of society -- whether that be in a work or leisure environment. So taking the time to understand ourselves, as well as what has gotten us to where we are is an important tool to create the path for where we’d like to go. I am a qualified life coach with a vast amount of experience in personal and professional development and organisational change within the retail sector, but what I love to do more than anything is create an environment for others to be the truest version of themselves so that they can use that positivity to go forward with a plan. I am qualified to use the world’s leading psychometric testing processes (Hogan) which many see as invaluable for hiring team members, improving culture within organisations, and providing insight into the impact of CEOs globally. The majority of my 1:1 coaching is done within London & The South East at a location of your preference.
