Through workshops, education, and exploration of the body & mind on a deeper level — we support elevated consciousness with our clientele so they feel empowered and confident to make choices that are best suited for them. Our values extend far beyond the walls of our space. As leaders in health & wellness in our community, and in order to help fulfill our vision, not only do we donate our time to various initiatives, we’ve raised over $8,000 for local non-profits including Hinton FCSS, Hinton SPCA & the Hinton Food Bank in our first two years of operation alone. With events 100% benefitting our non-profit community such as Summer In The Square, Puppy Yoga, community classes, hikes & SUP yoga sessions designed to offer #morethanjustmovement - we feel strongly about supporting our community in its entirety.
