I have been there (most places), and I have done that (most things). I have competed at the highest level in two sports, I have lost motivation after having children, I have regained that motivation, I have been unhappy in a job (or two), I have pivoted careers (more than once), and I have grown significantly from all these experiences. As a matter of fact, my most recent (and final) career pivot led me to building Ascension Coaching & Consulting. After all the above experiences, I just knew I had to leverage it all to help and encourage others who are going through similar phases in life. So...what are you waiting for?
