The company offers 7,000 mobile home and apartment housing units in Colorado, Texas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico and North Carolina. From the smallest community with 30 homesites in Colorado to the largest with over 500, Ascentia communities are distinctive because they have: Professional managers and maintenance teams that protect your safety and ensure good-strong property values. Terrific amenities ranging from pools and clubhouses to open space, playgrounds and basketball courts. Great retention programs like "Help Your Neighbor", monthly newsletters, clean up days, Mercy Fund, and neighborhood watch.
