Asckey has been providing software solutions to the public and private sector since 1995. Our specialised IT Services are broken down into 3 categories Facilities Management Software, HSCN Hosting and Bespoke Development. We are accredited with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 27001 (Data Security). We are also Cyber Essentials Plus certified, which is a more widely recognised form of security accreditation. We aren’t just about our software, the client care experience matters to us too. The ISO 9001 (Quality) accreditation covers our business as an entirety, everything from the way we create our products, to the maintenance, training, and support that we provide for our clients. Quality begins right at the initial concept of our products. They must be designed properly, not only to work effectively but so that we can measure the work they do effectively. This includes accepting that we may need to tweak and develop a product as our clients use it and their requirements evolve. For this reason, the initial purchase of any of our products includes the inevitable expense of having to make adjustments in the future. We firmly believe this is part of why our client relationships are so positive.
