The ASEAN Total Rewards Institute (ATRI) offers the Certified Total Rewards Professional certification. There are three levels of certification: Specialist (CTRS), Professional (CTRP) and Fellow (CTRF). ATRI is a collaboration between Freelance Total Rewards Pte Ltd and Human Resources Management and Business Solutions Inc. to provide a competency-based, progressive training and assessment opportunity in the area of total rewards (compensation and benefits plus intangible rewards) in the ASEAN context. Conceived in 2014 and launched in 017, ATRI was founded by Thomas A. Farmer, CCP, SPHR, ACTA and Mr. Federico R. Marquez, Jr., DPM, CTRF, and advised by an industry panel consisting of highly regarded leaders in the human resources and total rewards profession, the institute provides professionals an unmatched opportunity for training and certification in the "job ready" competencies needed by today's employers in Southeast Asia. Training modules and certification are offered at three levels, catering to different career stages: Specialist, Professional and Fellow. ATRI is not, at this stage, a full-time certification or diploma programme, and therefore is not required to be registered as a private education institution in Singapore. It is a service of Freelance Total Rewards Pte Ltd, a Limited Exempt Private Company, registered in Singapore, registration #201305233R. HRMBSi is a registered management consulting firm in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. While registration is not required at this stage, ATRI adheres to the standards that are applicable to a registered private education institute in Singapore, under Singapore's Committee for Private Education (CPE).
