About ASEND

We are ASEND - a highly-specialised SEND-focused consulting, training and recruitment business. Our team of experts enables schools and local authorities all over the country to create better provision for their SEND pupils. Within our expert field, we have the resources and skills available to fill any need that a school, local authority or other educational establishment has; whether that be an SEN audit, tuition for a young person who is excluded, an interim SENCo or the provision of a permanent Autism-specialist teaching assistant. Our company is split up into three parts: ASEND Consulting, ASEND Recruitment, ASEND Tuition and ASEND Training. We strongly believe that this enables us to cover any need a school or local authority may have within the field of SEND. One thing that we’re very proud of is that no project is too big or too small for ASEND. We have worked on projects as varied as a half-day Occupational Therapy assessment, successful Home Tuition and reintegration to school for many young people with SEMH needs, and a project where in one school we completed a SEND audit, SLT support, several Educational Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapy assessments, regular SEND training for teachers and teaching assistants and the permanent placement of several staff - all in a term. We love what we do because we make a difference - we are not the cheapest and we are not trying to be - but we can do it better and we can do it faster. ASEND believes in what it does, which is why we have such a highly-qualified, experienced and committed team.
