Independent consultancy providing services and training in workplace investigations, complaint handling and management, mediation and alternative dispute resolution and generalist HR solutions. Operating from our base in Horsham, West Sussex we are able to offer a wide range of solutions for managing conflict situations in the workplace from mediation through to grievance and disciplinary investigations. However, we believe that understanding and prevention are part of a more holistic approach and as such we are able to provide a wide range of awareness and mediation skills training tailored to suit our clients’ needs. This includes assisting employers to integrate conflict management and resolution schemes through policy and process review, cultural change and improving managers skills. We also have significant experience of managing public complaints, introducing or reviewing complaints handling systems and training staff to improve service delivery and dealing with public complaints.
