Landscaping Ashlea Ltd carry out all aspects of soft landscaping, including site clearance, earthworks, top soiling, seeding, turfing, tree, and ornamental shrub planting. We are also experienced in the handling of mature trees from the selection process involved with the relevant Architect and specialist nursery to the implementation and planting on site. Our clients range from single sites such as privately owned care homes to large civil engineering companies where we are the preferred contractor and are then involved in multiple contracts per client. Individual contract values can range from £1K to over £2.5 million. Our staff have a vast amount of experience in assisting with the solving of specification issues, programme and budgetary constraints. Grounds Maintenance A vast majority of our contracts include an element of grounds maintenance. Contracts for grounds maintenance include housing associations, retail parks, hospital grounds, education establishments, new build developments and areas owned by local authorities. Arboricultural works We undertake all aspects of arboriculture works, from small to major advanced site clearances, felling and conservation of trees involving tree surgery. We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service to manage situations involving windblown or dangerous storm damaged trees within all our major contracts. We carry out aboricultural works on Term Maintenance Contracts which involves working on Motorways, Trunk Roads and the associated Health and Safety requirements. This includes branch removal, pruning, thinning, sign and sightline clearance works. Our arboricultural team are specialist staff who hold nationally recognised NPTC training certificates which include: climbing, aerial rescue and rope management. All staff are trained in the use and maintenance of arboriculture equipment and machinery.
