With over twenty years of experience, Ashokan has developed and refined a four part strategy for water conservation. First, our team of engineers and auditors inspect your building and audit your water bill - analyzing consumption patterns and the accuracy of your mechanical systems. We then give you recommendations for more efficient water use, check for errors in your water bill, and suggest the best rate plan for your property. This process alone is known to save property owners tens of thousands of dollars. Second, Ashokan designs and installs a sub meter system and bills your tenants directly for their water use. In our experience, tenants who are held accountable for their water consumption use about 15% less water than those who are not.
