The Arabian Society of Human Resource Management (ASHRM) is dedicated to developing HR professionalism and supporting our members. We run an extensive programme of support and learning activities throughout the year. We focus on: * Maximising HR professionalism across Arabia by providing world-class expertise and resources. * Supporting HR Professionals with education, information and advice. * Adapting international HR best-practice to the specific needs of Arabian organisations and working with our members to create and define regionally-specific best-practice. * Organising events and conferences to promote and develop the HR Profession. * Liaising with employers, trade bodies and interest groups. * Advising and lobbying government on HR-related issues. ASHRM has a range of internal and external specialists in all areas of HR practice, law and education, as well as professional event management, training logistics and other relevant areas. In addition, due to its position at the centre of Arabian HR practice, ASHRM enjoys access to government, senior businesspeople and other key influencers.
