Mission: Prepare Thai au pairs as confident and capable childcare providers for global cultural exchange. Reduce rematch rate between host families and au pairs by building and verifying childcare and communication competencies. Asia Bridge Childcare (ABC) spans the globe to bring people and cultures together in a win-win relationship. Its ethos of openness and transparency insures participants understand the responsibilities of au pairs and host families, as well as the au pair program’s economic and cultural realities. The company continually vets and mentors and candidates throughout the training process by actively managing childcare training and observing intern’s character and capabilities over time. Training partners include international preschools, an indoor playground, and expatriate families living in Thailand. Partners mentor the intern au pairs, provide feedback to ABC management, and a submit a final performance evaluation. Intern au pairs provide the partners with motivated, educated and caring English-speaking childcare services. While our au pairs have placed with various agencies in the USA and several countries around the world, our dedicated US partner is the Au Pair Foundation.
