Our goals are to : To increase the job and career prospects for our graduates in the marketplace. To improve the marketability of our graduates in the wine and spirit fields. Provide current practical wine and spirit programs that enable students to acquire competency in their selected technical field. Use practical learning strategies based on good practice and current industry norms. Maintain a system that allows the student broader opportunities for interactive learning Assess student learning to improve student performance and align teaching material with industry practices and trends. Co-operate and partner with other institutions that enhance the professional and hospitality industry. Meet our Executive Director Dr. Clinton Lee has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and a Doctorate in Business Administration. He has attained the highest qualification from the Wine Spirit and Education Trust based in London, the WSET Diploma and the Certified International Educator. Dr. Lee has also attained the Certified Specialist of Wine, Certified Specialist of Spirits designation and the French Wine Scholar (USA). He is a Certified Sherry Educator awarded by the Consejo De Regulador (Spain) and is a wine judge with the Hong Kong International Wine Judge Association. Dr. Lee has been hosted by the Wine Institute of Germany, The Italian Vinitaly and Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Spanish and Chinese governments. He presented his paper recently 2015 at the OIV 9th World Symposium on Viticulture and Oenology in China and is now a visiting professor at the North-West University College of Oenology China. This is China’s only Oenology institution. He has given wine lectures globally and taught WSET programs and other wine courses both in Canada and internationally in China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan Argentina, France, Hungary and Italy.
