As the authorized Solution Specialist in the scope of factory automation systems and Smart Expert Partner in the scope of MOM production management systems (under SIEMENS Digital Industries Software) we offer comprehensive production automation solutions based on Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) platform. Such solutions may consist of SIMATIC PLC controller systems, SCADA / HMI SIMATIC WinCC visualization systems, SIMATIC PCS7 distributed control systems (DCS) including SIMATIC BATCH process control systems, all integrated with unique Opcenter MOM production management platform including production planning and scheduling (APS), manufacturing execution (MES) and quality management (QMS/LIMS). We offer design and delivery of turn-key control systems for individual machines, production lines, industrial processes and/or entire industrial plants. We integrate our solutions using products of globally renown suppliers of field instrumentation, PLC controllers, DCS systems, MOM/MES systems. Besides the Siemens Opcenter and TIA platforms, we use in our projects various other components including (i) GE Fanuc, Rockwell Automation, Beckhoff and Wago controllers; (ii) Aveva IAS/InTouch and Proficy iFIX SCADA systems; (iii) ValmetDNA DCS systems. ASKOM ref. list includes nearly 700 control systems for complex objects. Since 1995 ASKOM has been developing and marketing Asix – a HMI/SCADA/MES-class software sold in nearly 14.000 licenses to various customers in Poland.
