About Asl Friends Inc
By believing in the unlimited potential of Deaf individuals, we recognize that this potential begins in the early years with a foundation in American Sign Language (ASL). Our mission is to promote language acquisition for deaf children, while supporting family communication, through early educational programming in American Sign Language (ASL). We have the opportunity to add native Deaf signers to the original award winning “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” early childhood series. “Mister Rogers’ ASL Friends” has been proven to be a highly effective language model with deaf children and their families learning over 70 signs per 30-minute episode! We are currently fundraising to produced one-week of “Mister Rogers’ ASL Friends.” Any funds solicited for ASL Friends, Inc. are not being solicited by, nor behalf of Fred Rogers Productions
