Mauritanienne de Construction et d’Equipement (MCE) S.A.: A national and regional innovator, working with active international extractive industry operators and on important specialized construction projects. Top Lait S.A.: A national leader in the production of dairy products including cow and camel milks, yoghurt and other products.
