ASNA is a yoga studio and wellness space designed to encourage self-understanding through movement and meditation. Our mission is to light natural paths to self, in order to make room for you to reach what’s most meaningful. At ASNA, we center our practices in the belief that, through stillness, we can sense the movement and direction of the spirit. Our purpose is to assist you in reaching what is most meaningful in life, which can only be achieved by listening to your spirit. It requires a commitment to growth and resilience to manifest what lies deep within us, but the rewards are more than worth it. We hope you will join our community of individuals who dare to explore their inner selves, in order to lead fulfilling lives that require the wellness of the whole being to achieve and attain.
