About ASpectrum

ASpectrum envisions an employment world where aptitude equates to opportunity. Our founding team has lived experience working within the intersectionality of race and disability, which lends to a unique understanding of systemic barriers. We’ve successfully worked with our employers and identified gaps in human resources services needed to support the potential of their Neurodivergent team members. ASpectrum targets individual strengths and advocates for effective accommodations. We cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with participants and employers in order to facilitate a transition into the workforce that’s mutually beneficial. This, coupled with key strategic partnerships ASpectrum has made with service providers, community partners and universities across Canada has positioned us to be at the forefront of innovation pertaining to inclusion in the workplace. As an organization specializing in employment support for Neurodivergent career seekers, ASpectrum takes great pride in the recognition and support we have received for our commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
