In nearly 28 years of owning and managing assisted living communities, I have found that building a team with strong core values is an absolute necessity. Our trained professionals sincerely have a passion for caring for others (both our residents and each other). each other).Our services includes everything one would expect in their own home. Three chef-prepared and dietician approved meals and snacks, housekeeping and personal laundry services, transportation to appointments and shopping, maintenance, activities and entertainment. Our professional staff also provides assistance with specific daily needs based on a customized and personalized plan of care. Daily needs include assistance with dressing/undressing, shower assistance, medication and treatment assistance, escort and standby assistance for safety, toileting assistance. Resident’s choice and maintaining independence is at the core of each plan of care. Amenities include 24-hour kind and professional staff, licensed nurse(s) full-time and on-call, coordination of in-house services such as Physician, Therapies, Lab and X-ray.We have partnered with a Nurse Practitioner with a wide range of clinical experience with emphasis on geriatrics and dementia. This option will allow residents who prefer or can benefit from having an “In-House” medical provider, instead of going off-site for medical appointments. Our goal is to learn as much as we can about our residents. Knowing your loved ones are unique with different needs and desires. Our priority is to gain a clear understanding of their history, likes and dislikes, fears and worries; in order to address any concerns and certainly to meet their individual daily needs. The result is a comfortable and healthy living environment, that provides individualized, high-quality care.
