Supporting neurodiverse individuals and their networks of family, educators and employers, we offer a variety of services to help those living with Autism, Aspergers, or other forms of neurodiversity, to achieve a fulfilling life. Our neurodiversity profiling helps people discover what underpins their symptoms and supports them in reducing any negative impact. They’ll gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop useful strategies to reduce anxiety, cope with transitions, better understand other people, and find opportunities to move forward with happier lives and careers. As well as working with neurodiverse individuals pre-diagnosis and post-diagnosis, we also coach teachers and employers to improve education and workplace settings. By learning how to support neurodiverse people, you can derive maximum benefit for your organisation by recruiting and retaining talented people with a wide variety of different 'autisms'. If you are an employee with high functioning Autism, Aspergers, Dyspraxia, ADHD or OCD, or you are an employer or manager seeking advise on how to deal with neurodiversity in the workplace, we can help you improve profitability, productivity and working lives with a workplace assessment and appropriate training. All Aspiedent training and services are autism-led, informed by the pioneering research and experience of our director, Dr Elizabeth Guest.
