About Aspire Foundation

Founded by Hananel Valerie, Aspire was born out of a passion for creating opportunities and fostering growth, especially for those who come from under-resourced backgrounds. Aspire’s programs and awards seek to empower youth by honoring and honing the values of Amity, Servitude, Progress, Innovation, Resilience, and Excellence from both an individual level to national level. By honoring these values, Aspire aims to instill a spirit of possibility and encourage youth to become change-makers, embodying the strength and determination that characterize Dominica's national identity to impact the global society. Aspire's vision is to create a society where amity, servitude, progress, innovation, resilience, and excellence can be cultivated and cultured to inspire a generation to be visionary leaders, compassionate contributors, and resilient change-makers who drive positive transformation in their communities and beyond, while nurturing a profound reverence for God that guides their actions and decisions. Aspire's mission will focus on programs that drive for Advocacy & Awareness, Spiritual Growth & Faith, Personal Excellence & Recognition, Innovation & Knowledge, Recreation & Resilience and Empowerment & Global Connection.
