About Aspire Psychology

Aspire Psychology was founded by Dr. Jami Howell in hopes of providing effective and compassionate healing to the Portland community and surrounding areas. With a background serving the community in individual private practice, Dr. Howell set out to build a group practice to meet the needs of people in the community who are seeking help and support. Our therapists and psychiatric providers are trained in evidence-based practices that incorporate cognitive, behavioral, relational, humanistic and somatic techniques amongst others. We work closely with patients to identify what is and what is not working in their lives, to foster the hope and confidence needed to define their authentic selves and goals, and to develop effective strategies for cultivating healthier and happier lives. At Aspire, we believe that understanding you and your experiences is the first and most important step. We are committed to an atmosphere of openness, trust, and safety where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed.
